The Fridayhikers are a group of friends who go hiking for leisure. Depending on the weather and road conditions, the hiking route may be subject to change without prior notice. Participants joining the hikes do so at their own will and at their own risk. They may consider buying their own insurance for better protection. The hike leaders, the organizers and any other participants in the hikes are exonerated from any liabilities and claims as a result of any accidents or losses arising.

塔門

ferry departs 8;30 am from馬料水碼頭, nice scenery for the ~1.5hr boat trip in 吐露港、ferry stopping at 深涌 and荔枝莊;  there are hiking trails on the island passing villagers, temples, lookout points, rock formations, camp sites, beaches etc.; 士多lunch is available on the island; will take 1;45 pm ferry back to 黄石碼頭 (~35 minutes)。

Meeting Time:  before 8:25 a.m. (to catch the 8:30 am scheduled ferry)

Meeting Place:   馬料水碼頭  

(大學站 步行去碼頭 ~20+min:; 272K 巴士一站在    水上活動中心落    步行出碼頭)

Weather forecast:  mainly fine and hot apart from some haze,  T27-32  H65-90

Please bring plenty of water, sun gear, rain gear, walking stick, mosquito repellent, snacks etc.

Please check the weather before you leave home tomorrow.  If the typhoon, rainstorm or thunderstorm warning is up by 7:30 am, the hike is automatically cancelled.
