The Fridayhikers are a group of friends who go hiking for leisure. Depending on the weather and road conditions, the hiking route may be subject to change without prior notice. Participants joining the hikes do so at their own will and at their own risk. They may consider buying their own insurance for better protection. The hike leaders, the organizers and any other participants in the hikes are exonerated from any liabilities and claims as a result of any accidents or losses arising.

深圳洪湖公園遊及尋找美食

在上水站月台集合，乘東鐵到落馬洲過關到福田口岸，再乘深圳地鐵往福民站轉7號線(太安)到洪湖站。

出站步行到附近洪湖公園遊覧 (綱上資料: 深圳市市級公園、总面積59.15万平方米、陸地32.46万平、湖面26.69万平、以荷花為主題及水上活動為特色的綜合性公園)。

午飯可往寶安中心站附近尋找美食，飯後可遊覧商場；約3点回程。

集合時間:  上午 9 時正。

集合地點:  上水站 月台第五卡 (北上方向月台)。

注意: 帶HKID、回鄉証(不要過期)、長者咭、RMB。

Weather Forecast: HK: very hot with sunny periods and isolated showers, T27-33  H70-90：SZ:局部多云 T27-33 

Bring rain gear and sun protection.

Should the thunderstorm warning or any of the rainstorm warning be announced at 8 am, the hike is automatically cancelled.

迪欣湖

迪士尼站起步，步行往迪欣湖、環湖行，沿途平坦步行徑，長~3km。

(如天氣及時間許可，到時決定是否經小路步行到欣澳站，+~3km。)

Meeting time:  9:30 am

Meeting place:  迪士尼站 Exit A

Weather Forecast: mainly cloudy with occasional showers, showers will be heavier with squally thunder-storms at times at first, T28-32  H75-95

Bring rain gear, sun protection, and walking stick, plenty of water and some snacks.

Should the thunderstorm warning or any of the rainstorm warning be announced at 8 am, the hike is automatically cancelled.

Friday 12 July 2019 : 沙田圍經水泉澳到沙田坳

沙田圍經水泉澳到沙田坳

沙田圍站起步，經水泉澳邨附近上馬鞍山郊野公園，沿慈沙古道到沙田坳，再下行到慈雲山巴士站、或黃大仙站。

沿途包括石屎路、山徑、泥路、石級；大部份路段樹蔭；有上落坡段，高差~280m,長~5km, est ~3hrs

Meeting time:  9:30 am

Meeting place:  沙田圍站 Exit D

Friday 5 July 2019 : 大埔道九龍水塘到沙田水泉澳

The hike leaders, the organizers and any other participants in the hikes are exonerated from any liabilities and claims as a result of any accidents or losses arising.

大埔道九龍水塘到沙田水泉澳

由大埔道九龍水塘獅子山郊野公園起步，上鷹巢山自然教育徑、經筆架山、九龍坳、獅子山北山腰(麥徑五後段)、雞胸山、沙田坳、到馬鞍山郊野公慈沙古道、落沙田女童軍總會博康營地、水泉澳邨附近。沿途有水塘、九龍、沙田景色、及有戰地遺蹟。

沿途包括石屎路、麥徑山徑/泥路/石級；大部份路段樹蔭；有上落坡段，高差~350m,長~9km, est ~4hrs

Meeting time:  9:15 am

Meeting place:  太子站 Exit E (乘九巴81號到九龍水塘)

Weather Forecast: sunny periods and a few showers, isolated thunderstorms in the morning T27-32  H75-90
